About Skin Treatments
Your skin is your body’s largest organ, and taking care of it is just one important way you can support your overall health and well-being. As you age, the collagen and elastin–proteins in your skin that help it maintain its structure and youthful appearance–begin to decline, and the changes to your skin become more apparent. It is common to notice sun spots, discoloration, and sagging that increases your perceived age and impacts your self-esteem. Skin treatments can rejuvenate your appearance with non-invasive procedures–without the risks associated with anesthesia or long surgical scars.
Facials
Medspa facials are designed to improve the appearance of your skin while fortifying it with essential nutrients to reduce signs of aging.
- Signature Facial: Treat your skin to deep cleansing followed by a relaxing massage with nourishing creams that reduce signs of aging around the eyes, face, and neck. Our vitamin-infused serums, collagen treatments, and hyaluronic acid creams provide lasting moisture to revitalize your appearance.
- Hydrafacial: Hydrafacial renews your skin with a multi-step process that cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates your skin for a smoother, brighter appearance. The treatment is well-tolerated by all skin types. It clarifies your skin with vortex technology that removes impurities without downtime so you can return to normal activities shortly afterward.
- Acne/Deep Cleaning Facial: If you have acne or scars from previous breakouts, our deep cleansing treatment can clarify your skin, removing impurities to help your skin recover. If you have oily or congested skin, we can detoxify your skin barrier and perform extractions with high-frequency treatments and facial masks to diminish breakouts based on your unique needs.
- Glo2Facial: For that “glass skin” look, our Glo2Facial provides oxygen and moisturizes your skin barrier for a lasting glow. If you have an important event, this is one of the most effective treatments for looking more radiant. We can also recommend at-home products to help you maintain your results.
- Anti-Aging Facial: We can help you reduce signs of aging with a customizable peel that can diminish fine lines and wrinkles for a smoother appearance. Although changes to your skin are common with age, our facial can address multiple age-related concerns in one appointment. We can help you achieve a smoother, more radiant complexion with moisture-rich serums and light peels followed by extractions. We can also administer growth factors and serums to help tighten, firm and tone the skin for a more youthful look.
- SculPLLA Facial: We can help you improve your collagen levels with a powerful infusion of L-Poly-Lactic Acid, caffeine, and niacinamide, which rejuvenates your skin barrier for a firmer, plumper appearance. Many patients receive a series of treatments to address skin concerns and are pleased with the smoother skin they can enjoy.
- Brightening Vitamin C Facial: With the Brightening Vitamin C facial, we can reduce signs of aging, acne scars, and sun spots for a more radiant complexion. Our vitamin-infused treatment contains nutrients essential for your skin’s health.
- Stem Cell Facial: To renew your skin barrier, we can administer stem cells–a cutting-edge form of regenerative medicine that can help your body produce new cells to diminish signs of aging for a smoother appearance. If you have dark circles beneath your eyes or acne, our customizable facials can improve your skin tone and texture to help your skin repair itself.
- Dermasweep: We can clarify your skin and remove impurities by increasing circulation with bristle tips and oxygen, giving you a powerful glow. We can also perform a lymphatic drainage massage to reduce puffiness, and our nutrient-rich serums can address specific skin concerns for a smoother, more radiant complexion.
- Oxygeneo Superfacial: For a brighter complexion, we can reduce discoloration, improve circulation, and address sun damage or signs of aging with the Oxygeneo Superfacial. This 3-in-1 treatment begins with a Capsugen tablet that exfoliates the skin. CO2 oxygen bubbles then increase the blood flow toward the surface of the skin. Finally, ultrasound technology helps fortify the nutrients within the skin. The result is often a “glass skin” look and a lasting glow.
ZO® Skin Health is a collection of medical-grade treatments we often include in our facials, but we can also recommend them at home to help you care for your skin. To address specific skin care concerns, these treatments enhance your skin barrier with moisture-packed masks and nutrient-infused serums. We can include retinol, serums, and peels in your treatment to rejuvenate your skin barrier based on your skin type and concerns.
Lasers, Light, and Energy Treatments
Our laser, light, and energy treatments use advanced technology to address hyperpigmentation, sun damage, uneven texture, and signs of aging, resulting in a smoother, more radiant appearance.
- Microneedling: Tiny needles that penetrate the skin barrier can improve skin texture and raise collagen levels for a smoother appearance. The treatment can also reduce the appearance of fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and scars, resulting in a brighter complexion.
- Morpheus8: We can renew your skin barrier with microneedling that administers radiofrequency (RF) energy to your skin to generate heat to raise your skin’s collagen levels further. If you have sun exposure, wrinkles, dark spots, or large pores, microneedling with RF can accelerate skin cell turnover for a more youthful-looking appearance.
- Lutronic: To improve your skin’s radiance, we can administer a nonablative laser that generates heat in the deepest layers to renew it from the inside out. The laser helps your body generate new tissue by creating tiny microchannels in the skin that cannot be seen with the naked eye. This stimulates collagen production, which helps your skin maintain its youthful structure and appearance.
- Intense Pulsed Light (IPL): If you want to address sun spots, redness, and acne scars, we can administer IPL to create a more even skin tone and texture. Pulses of laser energy renew your skin barrier by stimulating collagen production, and it can even reduce the appearance of large pores for a smoother complexion.
- ThermiSmooth: If you have crepey skin, fine lines, or wrinkles, we can administer gentle radiofrequency to reduce them while preserving the surrounding tissue, resulting in firmer, smoother skin.
- Ultherapy: This FDA-cleared skin tightening treatment stimulates collagen production and lifts the skin on the neck, chin, and eyebrows for a smoother appearance. We administer ultrasonic energy to your skin, and the treatment is well-known for providing a noninvasive facelift.
- Laser Micropeel: If you have hyperpigmentation or enlarged pores, we can help you address it by resurfacing your skin for a smoother, more youthful appearance. The peel will remove damaged skin cells, revealing beautiful, fresh skin underneath.
Peels
Chemical peels are a special solution that exfoliates the skin to address acne scars, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, and sun damage. If you would like a smoother skin texture and more even skin tone, peels can provide lasting results by raising your skin’s levels of collagen–a protein that helps it maintain its structure and elasticity.
Chemical peels have different strengths that help us address skin concerns and renew your skin at different levels. They can improve the structure of your skin at a cellular level to address photodamage. (1) After a peel, the uppermost layer of the skin will begin to peel off, releasing impurities trapped in the deeper layers of the skin barrier and revealing healthy skin cells underneath.
Candidates & Consultation
Suitable candidates for skin treatments would like to:
- Reduce signs of aging such as wrinkles, fine lines, and mild skin laxity
- Address scars or other blemishes
- Improve their skin tone or texture
- Reduce sun damage or hyperpigmentation
During your consultation, our team will examine your skin to determine the best treatment options. We will also ask about your current skincare routine and the products you use.
Please come prepared to discuss your medical history (including any medications you are taking that could affect your skin) and your lifestyle.
It is important to take precautions to protect your skin from the sun to prevent further damage. UV exposure is responsible for 80% of skin aging and can cause your skin to age prematurely (photoaging). (2)
